Jeff Strite

I’ve been in the business nearly 20 years. I have designed, built and maintained virtually any kind of Outdoor Living experience you can imagine. Decks, gazebos, built-in grills, pergolas, fire pits, screened-in porches, you name it, I’ve done it. And I’ve got a lot of happy homeowners who will vouch for the care, attention to detail, and quality of my work. Many of these former clients are, today, friends.

I love designing and building outdoor spaces to meet the unique needs of our clients. Every family is different in the way they engage with their outdoor surroundings. Some dine out on their deck every evening; others enjoy entertaining large groups of guests day or night; still others will hold special events – even weddings – in their backyards. My job is to ensure that your individual wants and needs are met.

In the true spirit of a craftsman, I obsess over every detail of a project. Whether we’re talking about the materials we use or the means through which they are combined and constructed, nothing is overlooked. It’s so satisfying to see a happy client take ownership of their new outdoor space, and I always feel like I’m leaving a little part of myself behind after each project.

Jeff is a graduate of Bucknell University and is a master carpenter by trade. He co-founded Core Outdoor Living with Daren Langhorne to provide clients with a unique experience from start to finish. Jeff has innovated numerous techniques to help reduce project time and cost, while increasing both quality and aesthetic appeal for many years after construction is completed.
